Our Purpose
SWAP was created to serve those in need in Kentucky by providing them with footwear. We collect new and gently used shoes at our drop off location and through local donation drives. With your help, we can give underserved schools, rural Appalachian communities, adult homeless shelters, and nursing homes across Kentucky the resources they need to walk with dignity and comfort.
